03. Illustration

Illustrations can make your brand stand out with originality and creativity, offering a more emotional connection to your business. These services include, but are not limited to:

We’ll hop on a 30 minute call to not only get to know each other, but discuss your project scope and goals. This call will cover budgets, timelines, deliverables, questions, and more.

After our call, I’ll prepare a Project Proposal deck that covers everything we discussed for your official sign off. This is where you’ll get a clear picture of your project scope and can add / remove deliverables to adjust your price. Once approved, a contract and invoice are shared — the project will officially begin once the contract is signed and the 50% retaining fee has been paid.

Once the contract is signed and the 50% retaining fee has been paid, I can begin the project. Most projects start with a moodboard exploration, and once you choose a visual direction, I’ll get to work on design.

When I’m ready to present my work, we’ll hop on a 30 minute call to go over everything. I’ll walk you through my process and rationale, and once I’m done, we’ll use the end of the call to discuss any initial feedback. After the call, I’ll send you a PDF of the deck to review as well.

A standard project scope includes two rounds of revisions, so please make sure to gather all consolidated feedback before relaying it back to me. If you need additional revisions, I’ll charge an overage fee so we can get your project just right.

After you’ve approved the project, and the final invoice has been paid, I’ll send over all of your files in a well organized folder. Please don’t hesitate to send me any follow-up questions once you receive everything, I’m always happy to help!
